From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home! No request was too big or small, from delivering an Iron and an Ironing board, to beach towels and to even allow us to stay way after checkout since our plans changed, I have rarely experienced a host as warm and kind as this! Located in a quiet street just a quick walk from the beach and restaurants this was truly a beautiful stay with a lovely little tree covered terrace area to relax! The small kitchen had everything we needed. Can highly recommend!

A beautiful place, surrounded by the lush greenery of ancient trees. Wonderfully peaceful and serene. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive. Every morning Agata prepared us delicious breakfasts, and on our last day we even had the pleasure of tasting her homemade fig pie and jam, made from the fruit growing right in her garden. P.S. We had a truly great stay at this beautiful property. The grounds are like a private park (we even saw bunnies!), perfect for peaceful strolls, and there is a huge pool with loungers under the natural shade of trees. The views are absolutely breathtaking, over the valley and the charming Mougins village. On the first level there is a large terrace, where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts with panoramic views and had a quiet evening with a bottle of wine. The rooms are one floor up and I have to say they are even better than the photos, they’re big and very nice, also with views of the valley or the trees. The bathroom was modern and very clean. Parking was easy and secure, great also for bigger cars, so convenient, especially compared to coastal hotels. It’s also only a 20-minute drive to Cannes on a great road, making it very accessible. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We traveled with our 1-year-old, and they prepared a comfortable crib and he enjoyed exploring the place 😅 Highly recommended. An oasis of calm!

We've had 4 perfect nights at Terry and Laura's B&B called 'Mas des Arts'. Both of them are so kind and you can really feel they have a passion for what they do. This is the first time that the place in real life was even better looking than the pictures. The surroundings of this place are amazing. To have breakfast at the quiet pool-side of the B&B, with the birds whistling around you, is magical. Breakfast includes everything you wish for, and more. Fresh fruit, bread and local cheese, good coffee, eggs the way you like them, etc. The place is located 20 minutes from Nice and 10-15 minutes from St. Paul de Vence. Both must-visits! We recommend others to rent a car, but Uber is available in this place. The rooms are brand-new with everything you need. Modern bathroom, lots of closet-space, quiet airconditioning. The bed is comfortable with luxurious linnen and sheets. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will 100% come back and recommend you to family and friends.
