This was our second time to stay in this hotel. Percect location just a few steps from the geysir area. The breakfast is very good with a view to the Strokkur geysir. The rooms are comfortable (good beds, big windows, nice bathroom)

The reason is of course the absolutely amazing location! While the houses offer privacy, they are closeby to Seljalandsfoss and just off the ring road. The views can be breathtaking if the Icelandic weather favors you. Although the hot water supply is limited (recommended 5 min shower, but who needs longer anyway), the bathroom is surprisingly roomy and comfortable. Nice kitchen with everything you need for cooking and dining.

The bright, modern rooms feature wooden floors and private bathrooms. Some include either a terrace or balcony. The surrounding views take in the Hekla and Eyjafjallajökull volcanoes. Beautiful location, very clean rooms. Loved the aurora wake up service. Breakfast was amazing and staff were very kind
