The hotel is just above the Harbour Bay, very convenient. Room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. Swimming pool is clean with nice sea view especially during 4-6pm. On top of that, the hotel staff are the best. They very helpful and efficient, especially Kevin who made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. He was very patient in answering our questions, recommending food in Batam and explaining the culture and religion. He introduced us to the restaurant's chef Dinar, who personally prepared for us a unique Batam local cuisine Ketupat (traditional rice cake), rendang sapi (beef rendang), sambal goreng hati (fried potota with chicken liver), absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! We’ll come back again.

Holiday Inn Resort Batam offers spacious suites, just 25 minutes by car from Hang Nadim Airport. Clean room and courteous staff. We enjoyed our stay. We had food at the teppanyaki place and the Thai restaurant - food was excellent. Shout out to the lady at the teppanyaki, who was friendly and went out of her way to deliver the food that we couldn't eat, to our room. The pool was excellent and the place was lively with kids shouting about :) Will definitely return.

Blue Belle Staycation Pollux Habibie está a solo 6,8 km de Centro comercial Nagoya Hill, en Batam Centre, y dispone de centro de fitness, piscina al aire libre, wifi gratis y recepción 24 horas. The location is super convenient, around 5 minutes from Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and ‘Welcome To Batam’ sign. Check-in was super easy, just picked up the key at reception. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with necessary amenities, including basic kitchen utensils & equipment, an iron, a hair dryer and even a beautiful view. Its also connected to a mall and surrounded by plenty of dining options nearby ( Mcd, Kfc, Morning Bakery etc). Highly recommend for anyone visiting Batam ! ☺️

The facilities are excellent, and the location is just right. Pollux Habibie is conveniently attached to a mall. Although the mall is still new with only a few outlets open, I believe it has great potential to become a new landmark in Batam. We inquired about an iron, as it wasn’t listed among the provided amenities. To our surprise, the owner went out of their way to provide one for us, which was a thoughtful gesture. I truly hope this place is well-maintained in the years to come, as I’m already planning to return. Overall, it was a fantastic and rewarding experience in Batam with a great place to stay.
