Our stay at Glencree absolutely exceeded our expectations! The room was gorgeous, very modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious, with a selection of cereals to choose from, fresh fruit and breakfast cooked to order. Great location, and lots of parking in the church across the road if the guest spots are taken. Would highly recommend Glencree to anyone looking for a stay in Windermere.

Highfield features great lake and mountain views and its own private car park. The beautiful rooms have en suite bathrooms and tea/coffee making facilities. Warm welcome, excellent breakfast, ample parking. Great location. The honesty bar was a winner. Highly recommend a stay.

This family-run Lake District accommodation has an indoor swimming pool, picturesque gardens and free parking. Free WiFi is available in the downstairs public areas and the bedrooms. We had an absolutely fabulous stay at the hotel! We booked a family room and a classic room for our group of five, and everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the restaurant – the food was exceptional! The seabass and ice cream dessert were definite highlights. The breathtaking scenery made our experience even more memorable, and the superb breakfast was the perfect way to start the day!

A 5-minute drive from Bassenthwaite Lake, Ravenstone Manor is an 19th-century manor house set in 3 hectares of ground. The property is at the foot of Skiddaw, overlooking Bassenthwaite Lake. Lovely place, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and excellent food. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

With beautiful views of the Northern Fells, Ravenstone Lodge is 5 miles from Keswick, at the foot of Ullock Pike so you can relax in the conservatory or on the terrace and enjoy some of the best Lake... Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Room was small but what do you need more in such a picturesque setting.

Just 1 mile from Lake Windermere this beautiful Victorian house is set in a peaceful location between Windermere and Bowness. The place is very quaint and I loved how each room is themed differently on explorers and nature. Also, loved the fact that we were welcomed to some warm mulled wine( it was freezing outside) Also, the breakfast is amazing !
