She truly went above and beyond to provide the best customer service imaginable. From the moment we booked (which was literally 10 minutes after we arrived in Granada!), Emilia was incredibly prompt with her responses. She contacted us almost immediately and provided comprehensive details on how to reach and access the apartment, which made our arrival seamless. A huge bonus was the complimentary parking Emilia arranged for our entire stay in a nearby underground public car park – a rare and incredibly helpful amenity in such a central location. Speaking of location, it couldn't be better! The apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Granada, within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. We highly recommend Domus Apartamentos Granada and especially commend Emilia for her outstanding hospitality. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Palacio Bucarelli offers accommodation within less than 1 km of the centre of Seville, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge and a stovetop. Beautiful historic palace, very well maintained and so comfortable. We were treat like kings. Easy walk to centre and beautiful restaurants very close as recommended by staff. Amazing beds. Huge showers. Lovely breakfast

For the price that I paid, this hotel definitely exceeded my expectation. It took only 5 minutes of walk to reach this hotel from the main bus station.
