Everything was excellent. Atmosphere. Personnel and service, have to mention also manager Jan, thanks for the caring and good tips for trips. Location. We stayed in villa with own pool, absolutely marvelous. Club facilities were very good, compensating the fact that only one restaurant typically was open. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed.

hotel room is clean. room size is good for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. my toddlers - 2 and 4 years old were so happy at the kids club and we had a hard time convincing them to leave. special shout out to pear, the IC, was very helpful and caring.

Staff very helpful to provide me with my daily 10 boiled eggs for breakfast. Plenty of other options available for both western and Asian tastes. All breakfast Staff where welcoming on arrival every morning and I found it was a lovely personal touch that they remembered your tea and coffee orders from the 1st day we arrived, and practically brought it to your table as and when you had found a place to sit.
