Exellent location, couple of meters from the major ski lift. Extremely friendly and helpful staff (we arrived outside office hours but room cards were in an enveloped addressed for us so we could conveniently enter). No issue with late checkout. Clean, comfortable room, qood sound insulation. Great sauna, steam. Breakfast OK, albeit not spectacular.

Wonderful breakfast selection of both cold and hot food options, Dinner was of an equally high standard . I was accompanied by my daughter who speaks fluent German whereas I do not and was delighted to find five English speaking channels on TV (And not confined to news broadcasts!) The views from the hotel were lovely since Fiss is very picturesque. The hotel staff and local restaurants were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bedrooms and bathrooms were of high quality

The owners are very friendly and helpful in all matters. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers anything to everybody. The hotel’s location is great as it’s close to the village centre and at the same offers the opportunity to ski in/ out with a few stairs to take.

A high quality, clean and perfectly managed hotel. Food is amazing, delicious. Served fishes are fantastic prepared. I recommend everyone to take half board. Views on mountains from all rooms I guess cause the mountains are all around. Congratulations for the Owners! Everything in this hotel works perfect :) All personel is very kind, friendly, smiled and polite. We have felt preety well and thank you for that :) We wish you planty of guests and still a lot of satisfaction from your work. This hotel is really worth to spend time in there. The location was a little to far away from the village and the lift. Margreet was extraordinary helpfull with info
