Hotel staff is kind and friendly. The hotel itself is located in a very quiet and astonishingly beautiful area, which was very refreshing. Breakfast was mediocre; maybe some labels would be helpful.

- The hotel is in really nice Austrian nature, hard to get there without a car, but it is worth it - The facilities are really nice, the pool and the spa part are a cherry on the cake for a stay - meals (dinner and breakfast) were delicious - room were really spacious and clean - people in the hotel are amazing, very friendly and helpful. From the first moment it feels that it is not 'only a business' for them, but they like what they do As we came bike bicycles and the next day was heavily raining, they tried to help us as much as they can to find a way to get home. They checked all possibilities by a bus and searching a taxi which would accept transporting bikes! That was really awesome
