Issyk-Kul International Airport is 92 km away. We loved the stay and can highly recommend Kyzyl-Tash! We had a heartwarming welcome by the host. He showed us around the farm and it's own museum about shepards life and traditional wool production in Kirgistan. The view over the Issyk-Kul and the mountains is incredible and the dinner and breakfast was really delicious. It is very quiet and perfect to enjoy some peaceful nights. Above all stands the host trying to provide a comfortable and homely stay.

Because of the weather, we stayed in the house of the owners, not in the yurt, which provided us a really unique experience and view to the true culture and living of the local Kyrgyz people. The owners are the best proof of the Kyrgyz generosity and hospitality. They treated us with the most respect and kindness. We could discuss everything, even we could say what we’d like for dinner and they prepared the meal for us. We’re leaving rich of experiences and knowledge about local culture, religion and livelihood. The owner speaks English really well, which made our stay even better and easier, because we could share each other’s stories and write or come every time we wanted or needed something. We really felt at home.

Just driving there through Ak-Say Canyon makes it worth it already, and when you finally get to your accommodation you are surrounded by not just beautiful scenery, but a beautifully designed pod and facilities. The pod is beautiful, comfortable and heated with amazing views to watch the moon and sun rise from the comfort of your bed. The shower and toilet facilities are great! But the best part was meeting the host who knows the area very well and gave some good advice on places to visit and see. He was super friendly and made sure that your stay was as comfortable as possible. They served great food and a very good cappuccino!

The owners were very friendly and helpful and are hosts who put thought into what would make their guest's experience more enjoyable. We asked for a vegetarian meal which was delicious. Of the group staying that evening, one couple opted not to eat at the guesthouse and we felt bad for them because the meal was so good. We had a room with a private bedroom which is in the main house, the bed was firm but comfortable and the shower warm. I especially appreciated that the guesthouse operates with a sustainable mindset.
