The staff are lovely and make sure that your every need is met. The nights are cold in Guatavita, but the heated sheets and comfortable beds mean that this is not a problem. We used the jacuzzi every night to warm up before bed and enjoy the fresh night air after spending time at the communal fireplace. The breakfasts were hot and delicious. The view of the lake and hillsides is stunning.

The cabaña is very clean, and very well built. The bed is comfortable and the hot tub and shower very warm and relaxing. The room has internet and tv if needed. Clemencia and Ricardo were great hosts. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and fresh. The property is a large area with many birds and is very tranquil. Clemencia took us on a tour of the farm and we got to pick some coffee berries for the experience. She laso helped us arrange food delivery and was very kind and caring. We were hot one night as we were not used to the humidity and so Ricardo brought us a fan and a large water jug for us. Easy to get to by bus and the town is walkable. Bear in mind the town is on a mountain so there's some walking to do to get to town (around 20 mins). We had a wonderful time at Hacienda Las Mercedes and the coffee was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning location, super private as there is only one bungalow - exceptionally friendly staff - they even got us our favourite beers at night! Make sure you get up for sunrise - absolutely amazing view 😍

This tent features a fireplace. The tent provides a private entrance, a minibar, a terrace with garden views as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The unit offers 1 bed. Don't even know where to begin. My memories of visiting this incredible country are still a bit emotional. The location is perfect with wonderful views of the area. The owners are people dedicated to both their country and the environment, and very attentive to my needs. They tolerated my bad Spanish, and speak perfect English! The room was just perfect. My only regret is not staying longer, and I knew it as soon as I stepped into my A frame. Cannot recommend this place more highly. I will return.

The Glamping was clean, modern and just in the middle of the nature, exactly what you need for resting and relaxing. We felt taken care of especially by Benita, we didn’t have a car but she help us arranging everything ( food and transportation). They also have lot of activities that you can book through them. Claro de luna Is located in a secluded area near the town of Guatavita and overlooks Tominé. The dome was clean and very comfortable and had a beautiful view. Perfect for a couples retreat Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money!

Glamping hermoso amanecer se může pochlubit výhledem na město a poskytuje zahradu, terasu a bar. Nákupní centrum Unicentro se nachází přibližně 42 km odtud. THE VIEW AND THE ATTENTION WERE SUPPORTIVE, AND THEY HELPED US TO FIND TRANSPORTATION FROM GUASCA AND WERE VERY AFFORDABLE.

The tent features a minibar, a tea and coffee maker, parquet floors as well as a balcony with lake views. The unit has 1 bed. Absolutely unique, private cabin. Was warm enough in the evening. The view is fab, the staff are very friendly and you really can feel peaceful in nature. Just note, the access road to the cabin requires a decent car.
