A Must-Read Until the End! We came to stay in the glamping tents, and the place is simply magical. Everything was perfect, and it’s clear that every small detail was thoughtfully planned. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes even more charming with all the beautiful lights. The bathrooms and showers are nearby and very comfortable. On our second night, one of us suffered from food poisoning. We contacted the staff at 3 AM, and from that moment, the hotel team never left our side. They immediately took us to a hospital just 300 meters away and stayed with us — three staff members — until they understood the situation. Especially Nhy, who stayed with us until 8 AM to help us communicate with the doctors. She also made sure we had food and medicine, paid for the treatment, upgraded us to a room with a private bathroom for better comfort, and ensured we had water and food available. All the hotel staff, without exception, checked on us the next day, and we truly felt cared for and supported. This is one of the places with the highest level of service we have ever encountered. We highly recommend staying here! Beyond the amazing service, the facilities are excellent, and we believe you will truly enjoy your stay.
