The Osero Serengeti Luxury Tented camps were quite luxurious and comfortable. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The camp is located amidst nature where we could witness the spectacular sunset. The staff were courteous and helpful..

Infinite stars from us. This place is outstanding. The rooms and the food are truly 5 stars. We visited the facility one day and we have never seen a cleaner kitchen working area in our life. It’s a new place and they still working on the infrastructure so the internet might be slow, they are working hard to improve everything. There was a couple complaining rudely about the internet, please bear in mind that you paid a fraction of what this place is worth and that you are in the wild.

The staff was amazing (Raymond the manager, Jackson the waiter, Elias in housekeeping, Tito the chef, Samuel and Amourebe the watchmen)... We were treated like a a Royal couple, it was extra. Loved it and will go back again, recommend to all my mate just because of the friendliness of the staff.. really going the extra mile to ensure our stay was flawless.

I stayed here in February 2024 with my parents and it was outstanding. Beautiful, chic & modern camp in a remote, truly wild location. We saw elephants, buffalo and other plains game around the camp and heard lions & hyena at night. The staff was incredible, Godian before the trip and Gregory during our stay, the food was absolutely delicious. I would love to visit again!

Anantya exceeded our expectations in every way! Before arriving, we were a bit skeptical due to the low number of reviews. However, our stay was amazing. The location is peaceful and beautiful, and all the facilities maintain a high standard of quality. The food and service were excellent. A special thank you to our personal butler, Gregory, who truly elevated the level of service with his friendliness and effort! We would definitely return when visiting Serengeti again.

The location is perfect, you can watch the animal drink water from the pond. The hotel is beautiful and the staff s incredibly sweet and attentionate. Service and follow-up is impeccable. They had organized everything from A-Z. No words to describe this perfect hotel, it is really outstanding and worth the money.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities. Excellent food - chef went to a lot of trouble with my request for gluten-free food.
