Hospitality is mind blowing, the rooms are uber clean, the people are so nice and welcoming that after a point you feel treated like a royal. One can just see the place and know that there are no corners cut, it simply exudes so much sophistication and grandeur. Restaurant is among the top places in the Cappadocia area and has a very interesting mix of cuisines and food. Very rarely have we left a place with a heavy heart wishing we had a lot more time and hoping for another return. A special mention to Mahsima, the guest relations person, who truly went out of her way to make our stay exceptionally nice. Special thanks also to Samira, Salih and Erdogan. We are vegetarians and that brings an added complication to the palette, but every meal we had at the restaurant, the three of them took utmost care, went above and beyond and even customized some of the items for our requirements. And towards the end the folks at the hotel were so nice that we were even offered a gift upon our leaving. I can’t quite put to words how we truly feel and felt about Ajwa Cappadocia. But we really can’t recommend it enough. We may probably encourage and recommend Turkey to more people just to visit and stay and experience Ajwa. He helped organize everything for me, including an early morning hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia’s dreamlike landscapes, a peaceful horseback tour through the valleys, and even a professional photo session that captured the spirit of the moment so beautifully. Every detail was handled with professionalism and integrity. Eren clearly has reliable and well-established local connections. This wasn’t just a hotel stay it was a beautifully curated experience. Zeppelin Cappadocia felt personal, soulful, and magical in a way that no other place has. If you're considering coming to Cappadocia, look no further. I'll be back. Absolutely.
