the Service with the entire team is top notch. The Buttler assigned to my villa, Irainy, was the most amazing person i have come across. She is kind and patient. I fell sick and she called a pharmacy, then drove me there to get my medication. I wish all hotel staffs were Irainy. My 2nd favorite person was Nat, he came along for my half day private boat trip. the hotel is amazing, clean, smells good, view is mind blowing, good wifi, close to the beach, over all ambiance- chef kiss.

The property was fantastic - I couldn’t recommend the pool access rooms more. They are so convenient and picturesque. The rooms were very clean, the staff were lovely and there was a great selection of tours & trips organised. Good breakfast. The nearby town had a great selection of restaurants - very fresh food.

The service is deserving of five stars, which is a positive. Particularly noteworthy is the service provided at the small private beach. "Sun" is the man in control, and his given name perfectly captures his attitude. He always has a bright smile on his face and is really kind to every guest. He routinely checks to make sure the beach is clean and pays close attention.

The position is quite good, the staffs are quite good, but the clean of the hotel can’t stay at 5 stars at the moment. The towels are shabby and the hotels and restaurants are very hygienic. The main problem is very disgusting smell came out from the pool, and the pool was next to the pillow. After staying for three days, staffs had unable to repair it and can’t change the room. I hope the hotel can solve this problem as soon as possible, otherwise the next guest will also complain. Worst hotel experience I had in Phuket so far.

The location is just awesome. Although the ambience (lobby, common areas) is not really 5 star, but the location, private beach more than makes up for it.
