The location of the hotel is great. Jesselton Quay, from where the boats depart for the small islands, is just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is well equipped. Breakfast is worthwhile, especially for lovers of Asian food. Dinner is also recommended. The cocktails in the bar are excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The service was excellent. We'll trained and friendly staff ready to help you to the best of their abilities. The buffet breakfast was also a good add on. Overall stay was excellent and at a good price.
