Everything was so special about this hotel. The location is hidden far from the crowd of all the tourists, and the staff is always there to help you. The room is decorated in beautiful antique style, and you have the magnificent view of Venice from the balcony. We had a pleasant experience during our stay in the hotel. The staff are friendly and professional. It has a great location as it’s around 10 mins walk from the train station and 18 mins walk to the city centre. It was a trip for our honeymoon and they arranged a cute decoration in our room. When we checked out we ordered a water taxi to take us to the train station, but due to unforeseen circumstances we didn’t get one. However, the hotel staff carried our suitcases to the train station. We truly appreciate their kindness. And hope to come back to Venice and stay at this hotel again.
