Our Concierge Annalaura was amazing! They upgarated our room like a compliment. She organized all our program and reservations perfectly. The Hotel exceeded my expectations so much! My partner and I had the best experience from landing in Naples to departing, our transfers were seamless. ALL staff were so happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us with less than 24hours notice and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. The breakfasts were delicious and the cocktails were naughty! We will defiantly be coming back to stay at La Palma and have not stopped recommending this stunning hotel to our friends and family.

The Villa was beautiful, Antonino and Marco were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt right at home and really taken care of. I forgot some swimsuits there and they were really helpful in returning them. They provided a lot of great recommendations on food and local attractions. They made the transfer from the ferry to the hotel simple and convenient. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to others.
