Areal, location, swimming pools - inside and outside, great garden and jazucci. Water inside swimming pool was really amazing. Great food both in SteakHouse and Pizzeria, even the prices were higher. Nice spot for the trips around - historical Buje, close to Piran, Portoroz, Trieste.

The property is beautiful, the nicest place we stayed in Istria so far. I have travelled a lot and rented plenty of nice homes, but this house has left me speechless, not to mention how Andrea and Matija were amazing hosts. The stone house is very beautiful, situated in a unique environment of the authentic village of Groznjan. The interior of the house is also very tastefully done, including modern amenities and fabulous kitchen equipped with literally everything that might be required even for longer stay; not to forget the fabulous coffee machine with the included capsules. The hosts are beyond great, kind and very helpful and Nina even provided us with a list of good restaurants in the vicinity. Unfortunately, we stayed only for 2 nights, but we should be certainly going there again, as I can’t recommend this house enough!

My partner and I recently enjoyed a short getaway at Villa Luka, and it was absolutely perfect. Surrounded by beautiful nature, the villa offered a serene escape from our daily routines. The pool and hot tub were fantastic additions, making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We didn't have to meet with the owner or any staff, which suited us perfectly. The instructions provided were very clear, and we received excellent support via WhatsApp and phone calls whenever needed. As a lovely touch, we were gifted a practical and stylish cloth bag from Villa Luka, which we truly appreciated.
