The house is very stylish, well-equipped, spotless, and the view is to die for! It’s peaceful and quiet, yet just 10 minutes from shops, beaches, and restaurants. We loved every second of our stay and will definitely come back one day!

It has a lovely fenced small yard for the dogs and bowls, pooper scooper, bags etc. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and Richard and Les were wonderful hosts. It is set on 165 acres and there are lots of walks to do, the view from the back verandahs is amazing, and there is a tennis court.

The friendly chickens and sheep were lovely to watch as they wandered around the property . The accommodation was very comfortable. The place is so quiet, it's so easy to relax.

Alison went above and beyond for me and helped me out with suggestions on hikes and gave me an insight into not only Kangaroo Valley but the bushfires and how they bounced back. Super easy to stay with our young very energetic dog, he loved playing with Charlie. Lovely homemade bread to welcome us, great hosts. The kids enjoyed connecting eggs from the chickens. The view of the mountains from the deck was beautiful.

Located on 40 acres of beautiful country farm land in Tomerong forest, The Woods Farm features beautiful eucalyptus trees throughout and lots of land to explore and wander. A magical farm stay experience (with a slightly bumpy start) We arrived at The Woods Farm around 6:30 pm, and to be honest, it was a little unsettling at first — the entire property was pitch dark, and we couldn’t find a single staff member around. After calling via WhatsApp, we found out that we needed to locate our cottage ourselves, which was quite tricky in the dark and a bit worrying. But as it turns out, this is just how things work here. Our mood shifted completely once we found our cottage — and wow, it was stunning. Beautifully built with high-quality materials, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed: 3 comfy bedrooms, a lovely living room, and a full kitchen. The next morning, we understood why this place gets so much praise. We were greeted by wild kangaroos hopping across the massive backyard, and the kids were absolutely thrilled. Then came the real highlight — feeding time at the farm! We got to meet and feed alpacas, goats, sheep, cows, pigs, ponies, and even wild parrots who pecked sunflower seeds straight from our hands. Our 3- and 8-year-olds were in absolute heaven — it was truly something special. There’s also a huge playground right next to the pool, which was perfect for the kids to burn off more energy. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Our kids are still talking about it long after we’ve moved on to our next destination. If we weren’t already committed to a tight travel plan, we definitely would have stayed longer. Highly recommend for families looking for a unique and unforgettable farm stay!
