Farm Stays in Zambujeira do Mar

This house/tent accommodation was gorgeous! So cozy, cool, comfy, lovely, it's hard to describe in words. I wanted to stay longer! The facilities were better than most houses/flats I've stayed in. Mosquito nets were very thoughtful and useful, highly appreciated. And the exotic vibe of the animals next door was a bonus. Fresh bread in the morning another bonus! Lovely people to deal with. Everything 5 stars!

Absolutely loved everthing, starting with the warm reception by our host, the gift of wine and cheese as well as the warm bread and fresh berries that were presented at morning coffee time. The accommodation was exceptional, an oasis in farmland. Clean,spacious all the comfort of home and more! Beautiful garden area and two patios that offer sunshine and privacy all day. Although we did not have time to bask by the swimming pool here...I hope to experience this accommodation again .I would highly recommend Kuanza .

Everything! It is the closest thing to paradise. We liked what we saw when we looked at the photos before booking, but when we got to the property it was simply breathtaking, the photos do not do it any justice. The place is so peaceful and relaxing, the owners are very friendly, Marcia (receptionist) is very welcoming, friendly, shows you around the property and gives you some information about the surroundings. The staff (cleaning ladies) were so welcoming, funny and kind! They made us feel at home. We stayed in a Bungalow, which was so cute, clean and tidy. The outside swimming pool is always clean, and even when it was windy you could chill in the beds in the pool area as the wall was a barrier for the wind! We went in Swan boats in the lake, it was so much fun! we visited the goat, sheep, and 3 donkies! We fed them almost everyday and honestly loved it. We didn’t use the interior pool as the weather was really nice outside, however it looked so welcoming and it was always so clean! The place is sooo beautiful. We visited 2 beaches nearby, Carvalhal and Alteirinhos. Alteirinhos was the best, as when it’s windy you can’t feel it there, at all. Breakfast was also lovely. It was so nice to wake up in the morning, open the door and be able to look at such an amazing view. Our stay was for 3 nights and we decided to extend it to 4 nights! It is definitely worth the money. We have stayed at many places before, and this place is in our top 3 for sure! I couldn’t finish this review without mentioning the restaurant Costa Alentejana, it was the best one we visited out of the 5 restaurants we ate at in Zambujeira do Mar, super recommend it! Lovely tasty food, many things to choose from also. We will visit sometime in the near future. Thank you so much for everything.

I stayed recently in Monte da Galrixa for a break during my once in a life time expedition around the globe. The place is prefect for a retreat like stay with well equipped and maintained apartments. The owners are extremely friendly. There are animals all around that might be hard to spot elsewhere.

Our experience at Casas Novas da Fataca surpassed all expectations. The property exceeded what we could have imagined, and D. Matilde, the owner, was exceptionally warm and hospitable. We highly recommend it without any hesitation.

Location was amazing. The quietness and spaciousness were all we needed. Additionally, being in the proximity of horses added to the pleasant atmosphere. On top of this, the hostess treated us courteously and gently. Altogether, it was great fun staying here. It was a de-stressing experience that couldn't have lasted long enough.

Wow, really nice location, well maintained, good facilities, and really relaxing. Nice hammock outdoors, chairs and green pastures for you to sit and watch all day. Air conditionned rooms, superb decor. best place we stayed at throughout our stay in Algarve.

We stayed for two nights at this beautiful quinta with my family and had a wonderful time. The infinity pool is amazing, and the surroundings are absolutely stunningpeaceful and scenic. The studio rooms are very spacious, modern, and brand new, offering a lot of comfort. We definitely want to come back highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!
