We were greeted very warmly by the owner who showed us to our lovely rooms and told us all we needed to know about staying there. It was peaceful, dark at night and everything - inside and out - was beautifully maintained. We appreciated (& used) their restaurant recommendations and they were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was relaxed and plentiful. My being vegan created some stress for the staff but they responded with kindness and flexibility. The views were gorgeous and the location was easy to find. It felt very welcoming and safe.

Perfect sunset view. Exclusive as the room is the only one accessible through a large garden. 4 long lines outside the room to dry clothes. Very good sweet and savory breakfast. Nice family running the place. The Chianti Classici Grand Selezione is so good we bought a bottle.

The apartment is very comfortable. There is big kitchen with all needed cooking equipment. Bedrooms are on second floor. Bedrooms are big enough with very good bed. Everithing is made in good quality. Location is small vilage which is very quiet in nice country side. I have nothing to complain. The stay surpassed my expectations.

Italian warmth and hospitality at its best! Giancarlo, Daniela and their son are genuinely beautiful souls who welcomed us as though we were family! Any language barrier soon faded as we all enthusiastically attempted to brush up on our Italian (and the hosts their English), with the help of apps like Papago! The standouts for us were the cleanliness of the rooms, the fragrant and pretty bedsheets/spreads and absorbent bath towels, and the beautiful kitchen and breakfast area basked in morning sunlight. The breakfasts were prepared every morning with such care, with delicious cakes straight out of Daniela’s oven! The home-grown walnuts (which we had the pleasure of cracking open and sharing) - were a special hit with our Swiss relatives. Waking up to the morning sun streaming through the kitchen window and being fussed over by Giancarlo as he would climb the stairs twice or sometimes three times during our breakfast to make sure we were comfortable and happy, were the perfect start to our Tuscan days. I also liked fact that there were only 3 rooms for guests, as it undoubtedly made our experience a cosier family farm-stay experience.

I loved it here and I wholeheartedly recommend it! Sonia was a great host, the place is amazing as it is outside the city, looking at Tuscany hills, it’s quiet, you can enjoy the garden and the apartment is cooler on hot days. The kitchen is fully equipped, the outside bbq useful and you have everything you need. By car Siena is a 15 minute drive and you can visit all the villages from here as you have a max one hour drive so very good placed.

Waow! What a great place! Even though we were here for only an afternoon and 1 night, we loved it! So peaceful. An amazing view of fields, vineyards and olive trees. Giulia was so nice and helpful. Even though the pool is small, we had it all to ourselves and got to relax in it with the view. The house was lovely and private. Super practical to have the kitchen attached. We shared the property with other families but barely saw/ heard them. This is the perfect place to relax and connect with family and nature. We are definitely keeping this one in mind for the future.

    Patrizia made us feel so welcome at her beautiful farmhouse, perfectly situation in the hills outside of Siena. The place is extremely well maintained, surrounded by olive groves, with easy access and covered parking. We had a simply perfect two nights here and cannot recommend it enough.
