Everything! Calm and beautiful atmosphere and amazing food! The pool was much appreciated by the whole family as it was 35 degrees outside. Stunning sunsets, air conditioning in the rooms (not apartments) and very helpful personnel. Most knew English which made everything easier. The best Italian breakfast we came across during our stay in Italy (not fond of the sweet breakfast concept idea).

The Terra Antica apartments were under renovation, so they upgraded us to the resort. Amazing location, view, and super apartment. The breakfast was excellent and so were the reception staff. Highly recommend.

They went above and beyond to make our stay the best. We were celebrating my husbands 40th birthday and they were very supportive. Communication was extremely fluid, they were very responsive and ensure that all my plans and things i wanted were sorted out. I requested a vegan cake and they made sure there was one! We spent 21 days in Italy and our stay in Terra Antica was the best. Their infinity pool is beautiful, they made sure there were vegan options for breakfast (and it was delicious) even the wine tasting we did with lunch included had wonderful vegan options. It doesnt matter if you are not vegan - my point is that they went above and beyond to made our stay the best - and NAILED IT!

A self service spacious apartment with goodies like bread, jams, honey, nutella, butter, milk, water, delicious coffee and a bottle of their fine wine provided, which we did not expect. A private garden with apple and pear trees made for a relaxing atmosphere with a wonderful sunset view. As we are animal lovers, their 3 cats and their beautiful dachsi provided us with daily visits, which made it special. The location was perfect for all attractions, dining and supermarkets. A car is a must in this area.

The property was lovely, well maintained and located within a short drive to Montepulciano town, a supermarket, pharmacy, and a gorgeous pastry shop. Our apartment was the perfect size for two, it was clean, cosy and embraced a rustic design, with some handmade furniture by the owner and his brother. The host, Alex, was very helpful and friendly, and responded very quickly when we had questions about restaurants etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful setting, exceptional views from the pool, friendly, attentive and helpful hostess, we didn't want to leave. Lovely location just outside Montelpuciano - you will likely need a car to get into the town to get evening meals but it's a lovely escape and so peaceful.

    The farmhouse was big. Host was very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast provided was the usual Italian breakfast. Simple but nice. Our room was comfortable and spacious especially the bathroom. Location is quite centralized. 5-7 mins drive to Montepulciano old town. About 30 mins drive to Terme San Filippo. Easy to find food restaurant nearby. Parking was easy. To us, we felt it was value for money. Don't expect anything fancy, swimming pool etc.

    Well positioned on a Sunny hillside in the middle of an olive farm surrounded by vineyards and beautiful Tuscan country views, this 19th century farmhouse is restored and comfortable and managed by a beautiful couple who were helpful, knowledgeable, conversational in several languages and amazing cooks. A 5 minute drive to Montepulciano. A bonus was access to the new electric car charger on site. Best stay we have had. Would come again.

    The rural location very near Montepulciano, beautiful scenery, quiet, very nice country Tuscany feeling. Rooms and living spaces were very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated for a great agritourism experience. Many activities nearby; wineries, olives, beautiful small medieval towns, narrow winding roads-open clean air no traffic noise or ham. Loved the experience. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, available when needed and almost feel like visiting friends. The facilities are conveniently private.

    Staying at a farmhouse was a dream come true. Frateria Di San Benedetto did not disappoint. The facilities were cozy, comfortable and super spacious. The views from the property are amazing. The weather outside was a bit chilly when we stayed so we did not get into the pool, but it was well maintained and inviting. The landscape was breathtaking. We would love to go back. Highly recommended!
