I able to contact the owner to say that I was on my way and she met me outside. There was an option of a key hole had they not been home, but luckily is was able to personally meet us.

Our stay at The Marine Hermanus was truly exceptional. The hotel is elegant and beautifully located, offering stunning ocean views – we were even lucky enough to watch whales right from our room, which made the experience unforgettable.
