There is so much to praise this hotel for. The staff were warm, efficient and had a great grasp of English. The value was excellent, especially with an delicious breakfast included. It's close, but not too close to the Old Town of Hoi An and about 15 mins on foot. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well- equipped. The bed was enormous and gave us two great nights of sleep. The shower is powerful and had plenty of hot water We found this an incredible find and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

I like my stay here, its very big villa with huge rooms, good for my family to enjoy. We traveled with my Mom & Dad and they have 1 room downstairs which is very easy for them to stay. Nice views to the rice field, pool and lake. Pool is big and have one for kids also. We all like their breakfast a lot. What a pity we can only stay for 1 night as they all sold out for other guests.

Great place to stay! Ly's house is just outside HoiAn center, easily accesible by bike and avoiding the constant stress of the city center. She is a wonderful host, always willing to help out and speaks very good English which is very handy. There is a beautiful garden, great breakfast and you can order tasty local food for a local price. The dogs at her house are sweet and easy-going. Highly recommended! Hope to able to come back.

Extremely pleasant stay we had, beautiful rooms, lobby and hotel equipment as well, on recepcion wevasked to rent a motorbike and they brought it within 10 minutes.

Moon and her family are so sweet, and very helpful (helped us a lot to get out from flooded Hoi An!). The room was nice and clean with a big balcony. And the hot shower is perfect ! The pool looks also very convenient but unfortunately the weather didn’t allowed us to have a swim
