We stayed at La Mejor Indochine Hotel for 3 nights before heading to Sapa, and we’re already looking forward to returning for another night after our trip. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way! First of all, the staff is incredible — warm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making your stay as comfortable as possible. Everyone we encountered had a smile on their face and was eager to help. A special mention goes to the woman who checked us in — she was outstanding and assisted us multiple times during our stay with such professionalism and kindness. The hotel itself is new and beautifully maintained. Our room was spotless, modern, and came with a nice view of Hanoi. The spacious bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower. Breakfast was a highlight — with a wide selection of options including made-to-order omelets, pho, and noodles. The food was fresh and delicious, and the breakfast staff was exceptional — attentive, friendly, and always customer-focused. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance to countless street food gems, shops, and Hanoi’s main attractions. They also arranged a private airport transfer for us at a very reasonable price. The driver was waiting upon arrival, and the ride to the hotel took about 40 minutes. Everything went smoothly, and we could pay both for the transfer and the hotel by card at the front desk. An added bonus — the hotel kindly stored our luggage while we visited Sapa before we came back for one more night, which made everything so convenient. We highly recommend La Mejor Indochine Hotel and can’t wait to return. A wonderful experience all around!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, and our room was spacious and comfortable. What truly made the experience stand out was the warm and genuine hospitality of the young woman at reception, who was there in the morning and at midday. Her kindness and attentiveness went far beyond expectations and proved that what truly sets a place apart is the people who work there. Thank you for making our visit unforgettable.

Amazing place in Hanoi Old Quarter. This is our 4th time staying at Kingdom Hotel in Hanoi. And again, this will always my choice each time i come back. The room is super clean and wifi works perfectly. The manager - Mrs Spring are always happy. As i know, she even helped a guest here a-lot during his not well time that he was staying at the hotel. She and her staff even fed him when he could not help himself. No one in his family or friends were in Hanoi, this guest was so lucky to meet these nice people. And, also i saw her talked back to 3 American men so politely when these people, who had used the minibar inside their room but did not want to pay for the drinks. They even threaded the hotel that if the hotel charged them, they would leave a bad / negative review for the hotel. Mrs Spring was still very calm and said: "we charge what you have used. Only US$ 0.4 for 1 small bottle of water you do not want to pay, so, you should not take it. Be advised that you should pay for what you use". Anyway, Kingdom Hotel is my lovely hotel to stay in Hanoi

we had a lovely time staying at Mia Casa Old Quarter. We felt the love and effort that was put into this stay in every little detail, from the vibe of the space, over the beautiful fittings in the washroom and shower, to the beds, decorations and the beamer unit, with netflix and everything else you could wish for. The location was perfect, located in the center of the old town. And our host was so kind and helpful, she always went to extra mile to support us and help us out on whatever we needed.
