Well situated in the West Beach district of Santa Barbara, Hideaway Santa Barbara, A Kirkwood Collection Hotel is situated 1.1 km from Leadbetter Beach, 1.1 km from East Beach and 17 km from... We stayed for 3 nights in mid September 2023. The hotel was exactly as pictured when we booked. Light and airy and spotlessly clean. When we arrived we weren't sure about the location, as it's close to the 101 Freeway, but it turned out to be great as you can walk to most of the attractions in Santa Barbara. The staff were excellent. Really good communications about breakfast (which was excellent), housekeeping, night cover phone numbers and even a free glass of wine at happy hour. We stayed in room 9 and enjoyed the little balcony (big enough for 2) where we sat and watched the sun go down behind the mountains.

Located next to the Funk Zone in Santa Barbara, the Hotel Californian is just steps from the beach and features an outdoor pool. We only stayed one night, and wish it could have been a week. A stunning hotel with great facilities and helpful staff. Hopefully will return soon.

This contemporary hotel is just 5 minutes’ walk to Stearns Wharf and the Santa Barbara beachfront. Free Wi-Fi is provided. All rooms include plush bathrobes in the en suite European-style bathrooms. The staff was nice and the room was clean and modern. The wifi was fast, so I could work from the room. I took Amtrak to SB, and the hotel is literally across the street, about a 2 minute walk. Would stay here again.

This Santa Barbara hotel is located a 10-minute walk from West Beach. The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and a daily continental breakfast. Great place to stay. Lovely rooms, the swimming pool and the staff were all brilliant. We loved getting use of the free bicycles and the champagne, happy hour drinks and snacks were all a lovely surprise. Everyone one friendly and helpful, definitely recommend.
