the staff, the comfort, the cleanliness, and the fireplace in the lobby. This was our first time visiting NYC, we were on honeymoon and the staff were very friendly and genuine. We got our room upgraded to celebrate the occasion. We will definitely come back to this hotel in future anniversaries, really enjoyed our stay.

it’s an AMAZING place !!! it was my Birthday trip they gave me complimentary vegan cake and a great bottle of champagne! totally surprised me ! also gave me their amazing robe that’s really like being wrapped in coziest blanket . I will always stay here as I visit New York yearly ! I have stayed here every time I visited !!!!

The hotel was perfect for us. The room was an ample size for my wife and I and all our luggage. It also had a small kitchenette which was helpful. The location was perfect for us, right across from Fairway, and near to family, Central Park and Riverside Park!
