Amazing location, 2min from Grand central and 5-10min to Bryant park and Times square. The room was big enough, had a spacious closet, coffee machine and everything you need. The staff was also amazing, our room was cleaned every day and receptionists were really helpful and kind.

The hotel is really close to 5th Avenue, Grand Central Station, and Times Square. You can do everything by walking or subway. The clean up is also good and the hosts are kind people. We are looking forward to come back soon.

Everything. We loved this hotel. We stayed 9 nights. The staff really nice. The room really good, nice decoration taste, comfortable, really good location 5 minuts Grand Central terminal. Good price. they give you a card with free coffee in MATTO cofre shop nearby. We were very happy in this Hotel.

Although the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the location absolutely perfect - a few minutes walk to Grand Central Station/5th Avenue etc. - the most stand-out thing at the Iberostar was the staff! Although we were in the middle of New York, where no-one really seems to care about anyone - the staff were so friendly, interested and helpful. Every request was promptly dealt with - and great suggestions from the doormen!

This Japanese-style hotel is located 500 metres from Grand Central Station and features a rotating repertoire of gallery pieces in the lobby. There are 2 on-site restaurants.

Everything. They even have a Mirabelle chocolate shop in lobby! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets incredibly soft. Great big wonderful bathtub and a bidet. Excellent green tea in the spacious room. Wonderful staff.

Small (THAT IS STANDARD IN NYC!), but cozy and very efficient new rooms with good lighting and a great view (Roomtype: Balcony). The view is not obstructed by buildings on the other side of the street and gives a spacious feeling in an otherwise crowded city. Spectacular view of the Empire State Building. Since we travel a lot, we prefer intelligent designed rooms over spacious rooms. Everything had its place and was right where it should be in this tiny room. In regards of our needs: Best hotel in NYC so far!
