Friendly, helpful, personable and very cool staff. Fabulous decor and history throughout. Noteworthy, unique touches wherever you looked. I’m a huge fan of both Joplin and Cohen so I just had to see the location of the “unmade bed”.

We recently stay in INNSiDE by Meliá at New York Nomad for one night. Our experience was beyond expectation and we left hotel very impressed. The room we got were a mix of luxury and comfort. The bed is so comfy, and with the modern décor and great soundproofing, we find ourselves in a peaceful and quiet room. Clearly, guest comfort is priority for the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable. From our room to the public spaces, the hygiene is top-notch. Every little detail is took care of by the housekeeping. Manager of the hotel, Leslie, she is amazing. Her service was extraordinary, she really cared and was super responsive. Leslie's personal touch truly lifted our experience. Hotel's facilities were great. Gym have everything you need and Wi-Fi was fast. Lobby area is stylish and have a vibrant atmosphere. Given the amazing service, comfortable room and location, we think the stay was a good value for money. Price might be bit high, but the quality experience make it worth. Our experience at INNSiDE by Meliá New York Nomad was no doubt a five-star. Dedication of the staff, especially Leslie, makes our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for a remarkable New York City experience.
