Very nice staff and good communication. We came early to Key West, they sent us a message on booking as soon as our room was ready. There was a cute breakfast with nice options, we especially enjoyed the pastries and coffee from local vendors. The thing we were very surprised by, was the happy hour in the afternoon, when there was some vodka and cranberry out for us to enjoy. Well done!

Great location, only few minutes to Southernmost Point of the Continental U.S.A. Mallory Square is about 20 min walk along Duval St, where most of restaurant are. Staff at the Douglas House were exceptional, Jose is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing historic location in the middle of the old town. Super tranquil environment with lots of orchids, flowers, palm trees in the garden. 4 nice pools and very beautifully restored rooms and cottages. Also good breakfast provided every morning and amazing hosts either great tips for trips, i.e. the sunset sailing boat cruise! Thanks to the great team at Simonton for making our stay so great.

The buildings are beautiful both indoors and outdoors. We loved the garden with its beautiful vegetation that provided delightful shade. We also had a lot of fun in the the pool, and it was so nice to have our own veranda/outdoor deck.
