We stayed at The William Vale back in December 2021. No comparison. Maybe it was due to the pandemic, but this time it was a world of difference. Back then, everything felt run-down and the staff weren’t particularly friendly. This time, everything was top-notch.

The location near Times Square and Bryant Park was great! Still we had good nights of restful sleep. Staff were amazing which reflects well on management👌 Hotel was clean and our room was kept spotless. A very nice hotel in the financial disctrict. Close to the metro station. The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms are tidy and well maintained. Beds were comfy. A very good catch in NY for the price.
