Room was great, location was great, there was no breakfast. I just want to shout out the hotel’s receptionists - I believe their names were Garret and maybe Rosa? They were so incredibly accommodating. Without needing to give details, me and my friend were in a rough situation, and they could not have been kinder and more understanding. The cleaning staff (just one man at the time) was also great. I can’t say enough nice things about those three. This hotel is now at the top of my list, primarily because of these staff members, and I would definitely recommend this place to others and I would stay here again because of them. They absolutely deserve a raise.

Bathroom was beautiful. Complimentary coffee in room. Got a pack n play for the baby to sleep in. Already recommending and probably staying again at LUMA Times Square when visiting NYC

Nobody expects a US hotel to be (a) really good or (b) reasonable value. This hotel is both those things and more. Really friendly staff, efficient but relaxed, exceptionally tidy and clean. Safe and quiet. Stylish throughout. A gem!

The property itself was so quirky and really well designed. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. It’s also such a nice area with cool bars and really nice restaurants a short 10 min or so stroll away. Also make sure and check out the view of the city on the 3rd floor! Would highly recommend!
