The hotel staff is simply amazing! Very friendly, helpful, empathetic and do everything to please you. The room was fantastic and very new! The bed, pillows and shower were amazing! Also, the room temperature control was high tech!

It's a nice location, close by to a lot of great restaurants and cafes along the water. The room has Molton Brown toiletries which were kept stocked by the room staff, and a complimentary mini bar with water, juices and chocolate. The room decor is very nice, just like the photos. There's also 24 hour room service, priced reasonably. The room staff are brilliant.

We stayed at Roi Hotel while attending a friend’s wedding. The hotel is in a good location, with several nice local breakfast/ bakery places nearby—definitely worth trying. The rooms were clean and tidy, with basic cleaning products, slippers, and towels provided. The staff were very friendly and helped us quickly when we had an issue with the kettle, which we appreciated. Overall, that was very comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Izmir.

Mustafa met us as we arrived and spent half an hour showing us the panoramic views of the neighbourhood and explaining the layout of Izmir. He then gave us lots of information about places to visit and eat at. An exceptional history and a lovely large property.
