Great location walking distance to all the nice restaurants and bars. Amazing staff, the front office manager Mr Hakan was so helpful, warm and welcoming. The restaurant manager was also very attentive and lovely. Some of the best hospitality that one can expect.

Beautiful building in an amazing location opposite the gate of the kale. Lovely helpful staff including Rauf the night porter who got us an early cab and welcomed us arriving late after midnight.

The service and organization of the New Year Eve was excellent and at the high level. The food and the alcohol were good in the New Year Eve.

I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was a bit disappointed. The room was perfect. The location was also perfect. Ozgur bey was very friendly and kind same as the stff at the reception. Also the cleaning lady was very helpfull and friendly.
