The staff were all amazing especially the front office staff lead by Jonathan, housekeepers, concierge and security, and
the wait staff at the cafe. They were all polite, courteous and wouldn’t not hesitate to assist and look after our needs. The room was more than adequate for our small family of 3 and our request for a microwave, ironing board and iron was promptly attended. The location is very convenient and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle drop off/pick up service to Alabang Town Centre.
