Friendly, helpful, attentive, and always available to answer questions and provide information. Great location near the city center with various shops nearby. All the facilities are very comfortable, and the hotel photos accurately reflect reality. The food and breakfasts are plentiful and good. I’ll definetly come back soon. I was warmly welcomed upon arrival at the Aloft Thamel Kathmandu, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The food was also delicious, and I really enjoyed every meal. Concierge staff Rishav, Roshan P., and Nama were especially helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back here again!
