The location is just perfect, very central but a few steps away from the noise and bustle of the busy streets. My room was very quiet and beautifully appointed. Breakfast is very good, with plenty of variety and fresh delicious food. The staff is really amazing, ready to help with practical suggestions and tips, they go to great length to make sure guests feel welcome and supported particularly when they are new to the city. I had to take an early bus and they helped me buy the ticket and also accompanied me to the bus stop. Thank you!

They give you good recommandations for restaurants and all you need to know about Katmandu and Katmandou valley! This hotel was exactly what we needed before and after our trek to rest. The hotel itself is really good. The owner knows a lot about trekking and can give you advice or help you organize everything. We returned from EBC trek and booked into Aloft. From start to finish we were impressed with the hotel. It’s in an ideal location in Thamel area. Rooftop cocktail bar and restaurant is incredible. Extremely comfortable beds. Beautiful smell/scent around entire hotel. The Swimming pool although it was on a different floor to sauna and steam room it was the highlight of our stay.
