Beautiful property, definitely worth seeing / visiting /staying for a few nights especially if you are an architecture / interiors enthusiast!

A little piece of heaven in Colombo Had the place for ourselves Kids enjoyed the pool, but also the funny family room for 6. Great breakfast! We where treated as royals!

The family are lovely that own the place. Only 2 units for rent. We stayed in the 1 bedroom and basically had the rooftop pool to ourselves. It was great with panoramic views of the city. Place has a lift for ease of bags etc. Quiet whilst still in heart of city. Close by to large park, shops and restruants. Owners daughter was exceptionally helpfull with suggestions for food. Highly recommend.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment! The building is well-maintained, clean, and secure, and the host is responsive and professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, always friendly and helpful.

As a female solo traveler, my experience at Zylan Boutique Hotel in Colombo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest hospitality, making me feel instantly welcome and safe in a foreign city. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was both spacious and immaculately clean. The room boasted great water pressure in the shower, and the bathroom amenities – including a dental kit and shower gel – were thoughtfully provided, which I greatly appreciated as I was traveling with hand luggage only. Breakfast at Zylan was a delight. The à la carte menu offered a variety of classic options, allowing me to choose from freshly prepared eggs, chicken sausage, or pork bacon, accompanied by crispy hash browns, a delightful fruit platter, and an assortment of breads with jams, oats, and cereals. There was certainly something for every palate, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The attentive service at Zylan Boutique Hotel truly stood out. The staff was not only friendly but also highly professional, providing stellar service that is worthy of a five-star rating. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. The hotel is situated in a calm area away from the hustle and bustle, which allowed me to enjoy some peaceful moments after a day of exploring Sri Lanka's vibrant culture. I wholeheartedly recommend Zylan Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Colombo, particularly for solo travelers. I enjoyed my time so much that I would come back immediately! Very clean and tidy with lots of space for our family. The owner met us and showed us how everything worked and the check in and out was very easy. Good location for getting round the city too.

Apartment was in amazing condition facilities all worked and it felt very secure. Really great location!

This is a new accommodation. I'm a solo female traveller. The accommodation was excellent value for money. The location was great. Above everything the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay here again before I leave Sri Lanka in a few months.
