Very comfortable, good facilities - useful to have a washing machine when travelling with kids. Easy check-in and out. Was perfect for a short stay. One additional thing that would have been good is a toaster.

The apartment is located next to Coex and to several train stations. Very well conected, you have lots of stores near. It was very clean and had all the acomodations I needed (confy bed and pillows, kitchen, washing machine and drie). The check in was very easy entering with code directly to the aparment. I would shurely come to Khan residence in my next trip to Seoul.

Easily one of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. Amazing views of Seoul all the way to Lotte Tower. The Grand Reception is also exactly what it says on the tin. Open space and yet private and comfortable. Beautifully designed. The concierge was also lovely (Juhe-Han) and all the staff helped me in any way they could.

I would say, this is one of the cleanest accomodation I've ever stayed. No dust even behind the TV! Indeed the host prepared the place very stylish and neat. The accomodation convinently located slightly off from the main road of Garosu-gil. Easy access to the subway and bus. Hip restaurants and bars are nearby. Yet, they are not the loud and noisy type. So, they did not disturb my sleep or so. The small little touch from the host made me feel homely and cozy. No issue communicating with the host. Definitely recommended. 👍👍👍

One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in! Fantastic location in Gangnam with everything nearby. Very spacious apartment and the owners attention to detail was amazing - we had everything we needed for our week long stay. We can’t recommend this place enough!

The location was great, near the metro station and it was quiet despite the traffic outside. The host was very nice and great. I will definitely book it again when I get back to Seoul.
