The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room had everything you might need, even the floor heating. The employee at reception gave a lot of good recommendations and showed us every attraction near the hotel (there are a lot) on the map they provided. Also, we had bad luck with the weather, so all our clothes and shoes were soaked through. They offered us laundry, and when we said we had no time for it, unfortunately, they gave us a fan so we could dry everything in our room. We really enjoyed our stay there, thank you!

Everything were great , nice location nice staff nice coffee etc... Prefect for group and family. About the location, just a 3 mins walk from MTR Nampo stations , for those bring a big suitcase with you then use elevator at Exit 5. Gwangbok-ro Fashion Street is around the corner so you can get anything you want. Staff are helpful and talkative, good to sharing some travel experience and learn a little bit Korean culture-)

The room was very convenient for three people. Everything was clean, and the room was regularly tidied up. Great location with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was very friendly and even checked us in late at night (as previously agreed).

The hotel room felt very luxurious, one of the comfiest beds I have slept on! As a bonus the bath tub was fantastic though i think the tap for the bath should've been a bit closer to the tub. The AC system worked perfectly and the hotel location was right in the centre of everything I wanted to explore plus very close to all public transport. Staff were super helpful as well when I needed assistance.

I just want to stay, I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. I was travelling and staying alone and the staff were extremely polite and accommodating. They could communicate in English which made it all the more easy to ask for any help if needed. There was a man working at the reception on my first night of stay who stood by my friend to help her find a cab. It was quite late at night and cold but the kind man stood by her till she safely got into a cab to head home. It was a small act of kindness that greatly impressed me. The hotel has a 7/11 store that is open 24/7 which is super useful if needed anything in the late hours of the night ( I get midnight munchies ) The room I got was sufficient for the price in my opinion. Kept extremely neat and tidy with house keeping coming every day to help clean up. My view wasn't great but I didn't mind because I bearly stayed in there since I was touring Seoul alot. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided in the room ( they have the comfiest bed ever, slept like a baby every night) All in all, 10/10 would stay again 👍

Great location at Nampo station! Amazing view! The single room is small but it has everything I need. It's nice to have a hot/cold water dispenser on every floor. Really appreciate the free laundry facility. Breakfast is the typical one in S.Korea ( DIY egg, ham, toast, coffee, green tea, juice and ramen).

The staffs were very helpful. We had an early flight the next day and they helped us reserve a taxi in advance. We also reached busan early and they helped us keep our luggage in storage until the check-in hours. The rooms are very well equipped and comfortable.
