The hotel arranged for all the travelling commutes, between the airport and ferry, all went perfectly and in time, not needing to rush. Its location is superble with a private white sand beach that the staff works for keeping it clean and free from people that aren't guests, which gives you a sense of security and tranquility. You can leave your things in the sunbed at the beach while you have a nap in your room. We stay in the front beach room an I highly recomended. The restaurant is also very good and the food as it is cooked is very trustworthy, so you can be secured that you will not have food poisoning. Well worth the investment.

My stay at Golden Beach Resort was truly unforgettable. The location is breathtaking, with stunning beachfront views and easy access to local attractions. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The dining experience was top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious dishes and exceptional service. The resort's facilities, including the pristine pool and relaxing spa, added to the overall enjoyment. What really made the experience stand out was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Golden Beach Resort for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway!

Very good value for this place. Next door you have much expensive hotels. This maybe not super high standard but you stay on the most beautiful beach on the island. Great service and super helpful. For sure will be back soon

Everything! We were met by Asai who explained everything we needed to know including payments, food options, rentals etc. Bungalows are lovely and have a fan which was absolutely fine for us. There are only 6 and they are spaced out from each other so you feel you have privacy. Each bungalow had a nice outdoor seating area. The restaurant served amazing food, we had breakfast every day and dinner once and was really good with very, very generous portions! It's also a lovely setting and if you climb a few stairs there is a rooftop platform for lounging on. Kayaks are available for rental which would be perfect as the property is based amongst the mangroves, unfortunately we didn't get to to this as they were booked out! And yes, the river otter is still there and very cute! You will hear him coming when the dogs go mental lol. As per other reviews it is in a rural location, however based on our research of reviews and being able to ride bikes, this was no problem for us. However even if you don't drive, its a great location for just chilling and relaxing! Property can also support you with tuk tuks to and from the pier. We had a great stay, thank you to Lin, Asai, Lily and family!

I liked the peaceful place and the natural wooden house. The place is a bit difficult to find, once found, it's easy to just stay there. The host Johnny is also very helpful with arranging scooters or anything else.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The hostel is pretty new and very beautiful and clean. It is directly at the beach. The most beautiful beach on the island is just 5 minutes away by walk. Christoph is very friendly and helps with everything, booking tours, scooters or ferry tickets.
