Staff was amazing. Rooms were a great size and very well maintained. 4 convenient stores around the corner, 24hr Mcdonalds close by and tonnes of great food options at a walking distance. Everything was top notch!

The hotel and the room is great, just as expected from a Hyatt. The location is also grand, near to a subway station. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in Yokohama.

We were on the executive floor (16th floor), the service in the Club lounge was excellent, the view from the room was just perfect, staff wonderful. We tried also the various restaurants and bar and the experience was very good
