Almost everything was perfect. Very clean in all aspects. Facilities and utilities in excellent conditions. Very large kitchen preparation area and hand wash basins. Plentiful shelves and bench/table tops. Spacious and c omfortable shower/bathroom. Ideal location with very nearby parking space. Etc and etc. Very responsive replies by landlord via booking.com

The hotel is clean and big enough for 5 adults.
The kitchen facilities is a big plus as we can cook some simple food during our stay.
The location of this hotel is good as the nearest subway is around 5 minutes of walk for adults who can't walk as fast like normal Japanese/young adults.
There is also McDonald and 7e that is really near to the hotel.
