After some initial misunderstanding before we arrived, everything was exceptional. Free of charge upgrade to apartment with sauna & hot tub. Late check out- no charge for car garage also. Any question or request for assistance was immediately responded. They even packed our luggage in the car while we went on the last tour. 5+ star service in 3 star hotel. Highly recommend.

Everything! -Nice, beautiful and big room. All clean. -Air conditioning working perfect and despite “the card was not in”, which was perfect considering the warm that can be the smmer. -Diverse and very good breakfast buffet. -Reception both were very friendly and clear with instructions, even help us with map and “principal attractions”. -Quality vs price very good paid. -There is an Spa facility -Good location from Train station and city center. -Quiet location.

Very central location for the old part of Verona, 3-5 minutes walk to Juliet'a house for example. Yet it's in a quiet side street so away from the noise even though we went during VinItaly when the whole place was buzzing. We have a small balcony too. Room is lovely with own bathroom and power shower with good force. It is a flat with another room and a shared kitchen. Andrea brings fresh cheese and charcuterie and croissants every morning. He leaves bottled water in the fridge and there is also fruit juices and milk and he has a proper ground coffee machine in the kitchen for your use! Nothing is too much trouble for Andrea and you only have to ask and he will advise. His mother even picked us up from the train station because it was difficult to get a taxi during our time in Verona, unexpected kind gesture that was immensely appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay at Arena Suite, and highly recommend staying there for close walking to the city center. Francesco the owner, is wonderful with communications before and during your stay, and has great recommendations for restaurants, and things to do while in Verona. Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and having the small balcony was wonderful. I highly recommend Arena Suite, for a wonderful stay in Verona, we will always book a room there when staying in Verona. Thank you for Everything Francesco!

The location is absolutely perfect — couldn’t ask for better. Roberta from the staff is incredibly sweet; we’ve never had such a wonderful experience before. The room was perfect, with a balcony offering a partial view of the Arena. Everything was spotless.
