Very nice place close to the city center of Verona. Matteo is an amazing host who takes good care of you. Breakfast is simple but good (try the creamy croissant!). Only a short walk to the city center and easy to park your car. Perfect!

location was great! very close to all points of interest and in a quiet area. the room was large and the view was nice! the room was very clean! the breakfast was great! although it seemed odd initially when we read about it and we thought it’s not going to be too great, it turned out to be perfect! the owner was very friendly and gave us some good tips on where to go what to do and where to eat!

The neighborhood is quite relaxed and has some nice places nearby for eating. Anyway, the apartment is 10 min away walking from city center. Leonardo has sent the nformation to access the apartment in advance and with all details. He has even left a nice bottle of rosé to enhoy during the stay. All was oerfectly clean and organized. Totally recommendable mostly for the super practical location!

Very positive experience at this apartment. Everything was very clean. It was a big plus for us because it was having a parking spot for the car. Attendant was very responsive through the whatsapp. It was close to the old town and turistic area, maybe 10 mins walking.

I stayed for 3 nights in this wonderful apartment just a 10-minute walk from Verona’s historic center, in a lovely neighborhood with a park right below. The apartment was excellent, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. But what truly made my stay special was the host — he was absolutely amazing! He welcomed me warmly, treated me better than a five-star hotel, and was always friendly, polite, and ready to help. He showed me all the city’s highlights on a map and even recommended the best spots for pizza and gelato. I am truly grateful for his hospitality and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Verona!
