The Hotel is located outside the historic center of Verona but it is well worth the short bus ride from the center or from the train station as it is located in a quiet clean area close to a Lidl supermarket and a pizzeria with around 40 different kinds of pizza on offer. The hotel is one of the very best budget accommodations I have ever stayed in: immaculately clean, neat and tidy with absolutely everything essential from bottled water to coffee capsules provided without any extra charge. Both the room and the bathroom are larger than expected and very well designed. The kitchen is astonishingly well designed and a perfect place for breakfast and supper for budget travelers like us. The host has been EXTREMELY helpful and courteous, welcoming us an hour before the check-in time, providing new sheets, towels and coffee capsules on my request and driving us to the station at an early hour! Grazie mille, gentile signore! Verona is an amazing city to explore and it is within a short train ride from such historic and resplendent cities as Mantova (Mantua), Padova (Padua) and Venezia (Venice). Truly astonishing places to explore! In short, I sincerely recommend the hotel for all lovers of Italy, the most wonderful and beautiful land in the world!

It was perfect in every way, from the kindness and helpfulness of the host, Alessia, to the comfortable and impeccable rooms. It is in an excellent position. The rooms are really clean.

This apartment is great. Everything is clean, fragrant and comfortable. It's further from the city, but it didn't matter. It's very spacious and sunny. The electric blinds worked great, making it perfectly dark and the sun didn't wake us up in the morning. The kitchenette is also an advantage. We didn't use the balcony because it was hot. The bathroom was clean, soaps, shower gels and caps were ready. There was also an ironing board and iron in the apartment. Just a washing machine and it would have been more perfect 🙃... but it wasn't necessary. Access is via codes, which is nice and convenient. The advantage was also a smaller garage, although parking a larger car was a challenge, but we managed. Thanks for being able to be here.

+ spacious spotless clean rooms + very friendly and helpful staff + one might see the distance from the city center (20-25 min by walk) as a downside, but we see it as plus because of the silence (except when you have a very chatty neighbors, but this is not Casa di Ale's fault) + many public transportation stops near-by, but one should be careful because public transportation is not the best one in the world. Especially in the summer, the buses have a very low frequency.

Great atmosphere both inside and outside. Room was large and very tastefully decorated, with large and comfortable bed, good heating/cooling facilities and a fully equipped bathroom. A double-door opened to a small balcony overlooking the large, enclosed garden, reminding me to return later in the year to enjoy this as well. The breakfast room was equally pleasant with a delightful interior and a small library next to it. Probably the nicest stay I’ve experienced in many years! And the host family? Ever so kind and lovely!!!

it was the best accommodation that we have ever been to. Free parking in front of the building and only 10 minutes to the centro by car. The room was so comfortable and clean. We got complimentary snacks and the owner was very friendly and nice. if we could give more than 10 rating we would. The best in Verona! we will definitely come back.
