Everything is perfect. The location is in the middle of the tourism places and 3 mins walk to the water bus station. The host Anna is super nice and helpful, with clear check in instruction and free luggage storage after check out. The facilities are great too, and the apartment is quiet and clean.

The property is located very conveniently close to the bus station and the train station too and also walkable to all main attractions of Venice, yet in a very quiet street. The room was spatious and clean and breakfast simple but tasty. I'd like to priase the staff who are just wonderful!

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at HotelAcca. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful.
The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the [mention any standout features – e.g., comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom. Housekeeping was attentive and ensured everything stayed fresh and clean throughout my stay.
The location is perfect, walking distance to rialto bridge and San Marco piazza.
