The two ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet but convenient. Only 4 minutes walking distance from the pier. A great choice to stay in Venice.

We loved absolutely everything about this place! The view is simply breathtaking, and the apartment itself is spacious, super comfortable, and has everything you might need. It’s just a quick 5-minute boat ride from San Marco Square, which made exploring Venice so easy. The neighborhood is peaceful and charming, with great restaurants just a short walk away. The host was wonderfully kind, quick to respond, and made everything super easy for us — their instructions were clear, and the check-in process was smooth from start to finish. A perfect stay in a magical city!

Being on Giudecca, rather than on the main island is lovely and peaceful - no crowds! It's a short walk and ferry hop to get over there. There is a reasonable bakery, supermarket and waterside restaurants nearby. The apartment and terrace are very spacious and the view over to the city is great.

We enjoyed our stay at Constantino’s apartment very much. It’s located on the island of Giudecca which is where more locals live and there is substantially less tourist which we loved. It is also very easy to get to the main island of Venice with a water taxi that takes 10 minutes and are very frequent. Constantino was also kind in communication and made a point of insisting that we reach out with any questions.
