It was easy to reach from the train station. I chose this hotel initially not to carry luggages around, to take long walks in the city and to check the islands. We enjoyed the fruit basket in the room with welcome message. Triple room and bathroom space is really nice. We played chess in the bar area one night but there is also a huge terrace to have drinks. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff was very attentive and helpful.

I don’t think it’s easy to find such a great location in Venice. We had 3 appartements, there was a nice garden, each appartement had a terrace and there was also a covered terrace which was perfect for our rainy evenings. The appartments were very well equipped with everything, comfortable beds. The location is very close to vaporetto station (maybe 50m) and it is located in a very calm area, close by there are many local restaurants, calm atmosphere so if you want to avoid the crowded restaurants/bars and streets, there you have what you want.

It was worth the stay for the view alone. We had the room overlooking the water, and gondolas were up and down all day. A few even sang! Highly recommended!! The room was comfortable, had a coffee machine and a few biscuits and an amazing AC! The staff was excellent. Communication about my stay was sent a few days in advance. When we arrived, we were given a map, a summary of the area and recommendations. Excellent recommendations, communication, and conversation They are on the second floor, and although they have a chair lift, nobody uses it. It's not really accessible.
