Very nice staff, the breakfast was homemade and diverse, we really felt at home. The garden and the pool is clean, and the lake is basically 2 minutes away on foot.:)

This property is one of Sirmione's hidden gems. It may not be in the historic center, but the bus stop is very close, and the furnishing of the rooms, the comfort and the kindness of the hosts really provide a unique experience. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great wariety compared to other typical Italian accomodations. The rooms were really nicely designed and comfortable. We would like to thank Ramona and her family for the kind hospitality, and we hope that we will be able to return soon.

Giordano is an amazing host and the apartment is simply perfect! Also I cannot recall when I've been to such a clean and tidy (everything is spick and span and e.g. the fridge inside looks like brand new) apartment in the past.

Best location, 2 min walk to the beach (with cayak and catamaran rent) Fantastic views. Spacious parking. Good working air conditioners. Super clean and pleasant people work here. The best gelato just across the road. 15 min walk to old town, also there is a shuttle bus stop close to the hotel. We had a great pleasure to stay at Villa Pagoda. Thank you 🌺💖🙂

Check in was super easy, all instructions how to get the keys from a keybox were sent by whatsapp. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need incl coffee, tea, sugar salt etc. Beds are comfy with additional pillows available in the wardrobe. The host Memy is very helpful and attentive and easy to contact should you need anything. TV with Italian channels and Netflix, washingmachine & iron are there as well. WLAN is available and fast enough for daily needs. Nice garden with furniture and little BBQ to enjoy the summer evenings. Overall a great experience.
